Basically what the title says. Talk about any piece of lost media you find interesting (That includes lost video games, I didn't wanna make a seperate topic for that)

I remember this one forgotten website with funny videos that's consider "Lost Media": StupidVideos.com! I wonder if there's anymore good content on that site?

Sonic Crackers is really interesting, it was a prototype of Chaotix with Sonic and Tails as playable characters.
BS Zelda no densetsu is really cool too, it's a complete snes remake of the original Legend Of Zelda released exclusively for the sattella view super famicom add on.
Definitely check those out.

All 14 lost episodes of The Adventures of Knux
I've always found the missing episodes saga of Doctor Who to be so interesting that I frequently check in the community to see the latest developments. Basically there are 97 missing episodes. The BBC used to junk and wipe old tape in the 60s and 70s to save space and money. This was during a time where home media wasn't seen as a thing. Episodes are rarely ever found but an archivist called Phil Morris has been searching countries to find old episodes that were distributed throughout the show's old runs but were not returned to the BBC archives. In 2013 (on the show's 50th anniversary) he returned 9 episodes. NINE EPISODES. this was a massive deal at the time and supposedly he's found more but it's quite the waiting game.

That's cute.
Anyway, I find the eventually cancelled Atari SwordQuest series to be somewhat interesting. Such a shame that it never got finished.

Episodes from the 60s (Hartnell/Troughton, first 2 doctors). although for a while Pertwee's episodes were missing but they all exist. Some of his episodes only survive in black/white copies but have been coloured with the help of the restoration team.

Inferno is a Jon Pertwee story, and all 7 episodes exist. It's actually one of my favourites

I don't really consider those Lost Media, since they have been found and are confirmed to exist.

But how about some of the earliest videos that use cgi, like M3D?
I dont think anyone, including me, has heard of it.

There are many N64 games missing content, because they were going to get expansions via 64DD. Ocarina of time can actually be hacked to show the disc icon on the profile screen and a prototype of Mario 64 for the Disk Drive is confirmed to exist.
The only game as far as I know that had an expansion released was F Zero X which included a few new tracks and a course creator, and SimCity 64 had a RE release on the disk drive which had a few small new features like a day/night cycle.

I consider that more unused content and not lost media.

It's funny that Nintendo were the only people who thought the 32x was cool.
