Practice Minisode [Synthesis]

This (logo-less) SMBX 2.0 micro-episode is planned to be a mere five levels in the engine, flexing modular level design experience formed elsewhere in something that can stand by itself. Such a reserved scale is meant to emphasize getting something completed and easily playable, without the pressure or filler of actively trying to resemble normal Mario world-based structures- after all, this is just one person's work. Under that same notion, these levels are meant to blend together SMBX's many disparate assets with somewhat unorthodox enemy arrangements, rather than focus on Mario emulation or lua mastery or graphical gimmickry (not that I haven't used the last two). These levels are also probably a little overly difficult (though I sure don't like instant deaths)- pretend this is a final world for some jumpy project's endgame, perhaps?

The [Synthesis] v0.52a beta contain two mostly-complete levels and two half-complete levels (out of the planned five), and is as far as I plan to be done for a fair number of months. Two levels are waiting for 2.0 Beta 4's enemies and API fix-ups, plus I've got other obligations to attend to. For now it seemed reasonable to seek feedback at this percentage of completion.
