Cats don't bite but they have nails which can be used to scratch and cause bleeding.

are you implying cats never bite? Like a Stranger walks up and wants to touch someones cat, don't you think the cat would attempt to bite the stranger?

At my workplace we have 3 dogs and they don't shit on the ground since they trained to go outside into the grass or the placed dog wc they get.

Literally any animal will bite someone they don't know.

JUst, cats cannot rip a human face off.
