Indeed. I feel sorry for the people forced to control Mario, Toad, or

in that level. Then again, Toad's jump may fall short, but his speed can be useful. It all depends on the player's familiarity with a character's abilities, even though many post-game levels prove difficult to complete. Anyway, I would enjoy the chaos unfolding unto the screen and onto our living room.

Multiplayer is really what those games were built for. They're pretty fun on their own, especially 3D World which was really awesome, but if you ever get the chance to play them in multiplayer I highly suggest you take it, especially if you can play with someone of a similar skill level. It's pretty awesome.
I heard people complain about SM3DW's difficulty. The truth is, that the game gets harder the more people are playing. Anyone who knows the final world star level and played it with 2 players at least knows this. This level itself is the prime example.
All three multiplayer Mario platformers get a lot harder with more people, especially if there's a discrepancy in skill level. It's still a lot more fun (in my opinion) even if you don't make any progress. I don't attempt to collect star coins and the like when I'm with my friends, I save all that for single player and just enjoy the ride.
