SPC and custom SMW HELP

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME FOR CUSTOM SUPER MARIO WORLD MUSIC. I've tried every way possible, but I keep getting RSN files that need to be in SPC format. PLEASE, CAN YOU HELP ME? ANYONE! PLEASE!

Snesmusic.com, they use RSN for some reason. Though RSN, to me, is basically grouped SPC files, but I have no idea how to extract them, and SPC extraction sites are nowhere when I did a google search.

get smw music from smwc, they use spcs instead of rsn.

.rsn files are just renamed .rar files. You should be able to use 7-zip to extract them after renaming to change the extension.

Oh, okay. Also, when I first found out that custom smw music is possible, I tried FL-Studio with a C7000 plugin, but it was VERY CONFUSING. I like using systems that use a Famitracker style, like Snes-gss, but it seem to be using proprietary formats for instruments. Do you guys use something else or prefer another system than FL-Studio and Snes-gss?

Well, I'm trying to convert this one Famitracker file into MP3 using LamedropXPD3, but it keeps giving me a Permission denied error, any way to fix this?
