Your idea really has nothing to do with SMBX though. Feel free to make a Mario app if that is what you want to do, just don't market it as SMBX.

SMBX has different features than SMR. But SMBX for Mobile is similar to SMR but with the features that SMBX has.
SMBX for mobile...wouldn't be similar to Mario Run...it'd just be normal SMBX for a mobile device. This isn't sounding like you plan to make SMBX for a mobile device anymore, but just an SMR rip-off

You can blame copyright law (and Nintendo themselves) for that. At least some companies like Sega actually work with fans.

This pretty much sums up why I don't think a mobile version of SMBX will exist any time soon

I mean it may be possible to download SMBX on a windows phone but you would need some kind of keyboard linked with bluetooth, which I don't know if examples of those do exist.

I do it all the time with emulators. Also you can always connect a controller.

No the hell no. If SMBX is on mobile,the controls will be bad. It will probably take your memory space faster than EVERYTHING and Nintendo could just shut down SMBX entirely. So, No.

Nintendo still wouldn't care. It couldn't go on the Play Store or anything (it'd be denied for copyright infringement) but if someone was to make a mobile version it would probably be bad anyway

What is the deal with having smbx on mobile anyway? Just get a Laptop or Notebook, they not as cheap as phones but serve the same purpose in being able to play and create levels without sitting in the same place everytime.

Mobile Games are mostly really bad anyway since they mostly poor ports of actual games. Plus the controls would be most likely crap. Also think about the battery usage and ram usage.
