Graphics help

I make a graphic of the Metal slug X missile, but when i add it to my level and test it, the game crash.
But when i remove the missile with PGE (because the game crash when i want to edit the level with the classic SMBX editor), add a bill blaster (the missile replace the bill bullet), and test the level, the game don't crash and when the bill blaster shot the missile, the game don't crash and there is the missile.
How can I fix that?

What is the format? It has to be .gif or .png (the latter only works with 2.0 I believe, or using LunaLua)

The format of the missile is gif. I will make a download link later.
EDIT1: I forgot to say the game crash with the same error message when I put the speed of an npc to less than 1.

If you're using 1.3.0.1 the speed in an npc-#.txr file must be a positive integer

Those aren't integers. Integers are numbers like 1, 2, or 3, not 0.5.
Also as people have already said, SMBX doesn't support .lvlx files.

Did you read the whole problem?
Because i said the level work when i don't place the missile inside it.

you're using smbx 1.3.0.1, right? if so, height and width can't be odd numbers, and i think it's the same for gfxoffsetx and gfxoffsety.

Oh my god... There are lots of SMBX maps i can't play because the game crash, and its just my SMBX version that is wrong?!
Please give me a download link to the right version of SMBX.
