I use version 2.0... Although I find the event window very poor (it is very bad to use.) If you use the mouse roll you can modify the speed of a moving layer, for example. And this can change all mechanics of the level... And you were just coming down the event to see something else)

Version 1.4 has lots of cool things like new power ups and new enemies. But the physics of this version is so bad, it makes it look awful. I do not recommend.

I haven't seen too much content for 1.4, plus I hate the physics engine, so I use 2.0

hahahahahahahaha LOOK awful? it plays like fucking rubbish because of that; few input latency problems here, general complete bizarre handling there, NPC behavior gone bad like a Hello game over there, whew, it's like a museum, truly.

I can see why this might be annoying, but I like it. Means you don't have to click twice to change dropdown things, just use the mousewheel.

2.0 is what I use though 1.4.4 has it beat in loading speed.
I don't use 1.4.4 for the following reasons:
Editor crashes at random yet you can test the levels while 2.0 you cant really test them yet.
Teascript is really difficult to use and there seems to be no help, the examples lack proper documentation. LunaLua has tons of documentation.
I feel like I'm using Window98 as a opposed to Window10 when I use 1.4.4, it doesn't feel right. I'd rather use the latest version.

For teascript , you can ask people in the 38A Discord channel or in the forums via Private Message , i learned some basic Tea-Script just by asking people in the 38A discord channel to help me.

I use 2.0. Even though i hate the events window for the same reason that if you scroll mouse, the values change, I'd still perfer 2.0 over 38A Anyday.

Use LunaTester in 2.0 and you're 100% good to go.

I usually use 1.3 for short episodes and 1.4.x (38-A) for some complicated business. I'm also thinking of using 2.0 when it comes out of beta hopefully. Because beta versions doesn't work on my computer properly.

I'm currently using 1.3, but 2.0 looks super tempting though. I might switch to that once the next version comes out.

I'd highly suggest it. There are more NPCs even than 1.4 now!

"A lot of fun characters to play"
I would question that(Don't get me wrong though, I love 2.0)
