Yep, i'm working on two projects at once, crazy right?
Anyway, this is a project i'm working on that will be a completely SMB styled Adventure!
Though you only start with Toad, as you play through the game, you will unlock other playable characters as
well!

This project seems really cool. The graphics from SMB1 were very well used by you. You have a great level design, and a great creativity, too! The concept of having different coins in each level and having an unique boss every world is just amazing. Good luck on your project, it looks pretty nice.

The first level crashes and is impossible to beat. There are too many hard jumps and enemies for a first level. This is also the first time I got a GAME OVER on a project's Level One. Oh, and also, SEVENTY DEATHS. I bet that not even Bossedit8 could beat the first level, if he tried. There's also an unfair section where you have to throw a bomb upwards when you're over a pit. And don't get me started on first level Hammer Bros. Also, why in the world would anyone go for that lower path?! I don't understand why this level crashes, nor do I understand why this is Level One! Oh, and I took a look at the next few levels and they were even harder than the first one! Call you episode KAIZO, please, because that's what it is! A Kaizo episode!

Are you being sarcastic? I don't see how you could have 70 deaths on the first level, and wait a minute, if the first level crashed, how did you play it?

Considering he's beaten kaizo, i don't think that's true, more on this later

As i've asked, what SMBX version are you using, and also, i plan to make this easier.

Are there jumping off shells with extreme precision? Is there jumping off a bunch of p-switches to reach a higher height? Is there next to no ground to stand on? Are there a million ground hazards on the ground? No, there isn't, so this isn't a kaizo episode and shouldn't be treated as such.

So, if i may ask, was bumping this thread for this necessary? i don't really think it was.

Phew, thank you for making it clear that you will at least nerf the difficulty.

I am using SMBX 2.0, and more specifically on the crashes, the game crashes when you get the checkpoint and lose a life.
Also, I was not being sarcastic when I said I had seventy deaths.

For those of you not aware, this project isn't dead as you may think, i'm mainly just awaiting for Beta 4's release before getting back to work on it,
once that comes out, development will resume, therefore, this project is going on an official hiatus until it's ready.

Ouch, i hope beta 4 comes soon because i really like the screenshots in your project. Also its interesting to see a Toad focused episode because rarely, you get to experience an adventure as Toad.
