Which was your favorite Tower of Biased?

So it's 2017. Tower of Biased X was released over a year ago, and it has been confirmed that the next Community Contest episode that allows you to play all of the contest levels will not be a Tower of Biased. It's over. Done. Finished.

Looking back on the Tower of Biased, it is perhaps my favorite episode series in the history of SMBX. With each new release, I would be hyped to play it as soon as it came out. There just wasn't anything like it. I have a ton of fond memories. The lower tier levels, sure, they sucked. But the higher tiers and, oh, the top tier! Man, they rocked! And, even if you were trudging it through a lower tier, you could expect a great boss fight at the end of it as a reward for your dedication.

But now it's gone. There will never be another official Tower of Biased. It's sad to see the series go, but it's probably for the best. Now the contest episodes won't be so limited in scope. But it's still bittersweet.

Whatever the case may be with the next Community Contest episode, there's no denying that it holds a special place in the memories and hearts of many community members. I was mulling the series over recently, and that got me to thinking about my personal memories of the Tower of Biased. And that led to my pondering the question "Which is my personal favorite Tower of Biased?". And that led to the thought, "I wonder what everybody else's favorite ToB is?". So that's what led to the topic you're looking at right now.

So what is your favorite Tower of Biased? Is it the final one? The seventh one? Are you one of those weirdos who actually hold the first in the highest regard? Be sure to let everyone know by picking one of the poll options!

Note: I will not be listing Tower of Biased Zero as a poll option since it's not an "official" episode. Sorry Mechdragon.

All of them are good, just that some are a bit painfuls to play cuz of all thoses terrible levels made by users you needs to finish.

ToBX is the most intriguing one, albeit it's suboptimal that you gotta beat Redigit again to access the Champion's Hall. And yeah, every ToB probably has its evil stars that are near-impossible to get through normal means.

If there was an option for all of them then I would choose that, because I really enjoyed all of the levels from all of the ToB, they gave me something to do whenever I was bored.

Hi guys , First of all i am a huge fan of MArio , My favorite Tower of Biased is V... Because i have only completed till that level, It's awesome .. Hope to complete the other levels too ...

I'm sure you'll also like Tower of Biased X then, since almost everybody voted that as their favorite one in this series. Did you only complete one level of Tower of Biased V, haven't played it yet, or only played it? I can't tell what you meant by "only completed till that level".

I can assure you that nobody who voted here has played all of the entries in the series, causing this heavy bias towards the concluding installment in the series.

I personally like Tower of Biased 6 a lot, but haven't played that many entries in the series. Only 2, 3, 6, 7 and X. Therefore I will abstain from voting.

Ok, I can see the problem with this topic now. Everyone's pointed it out. There's definitely a heavy leaning towards ToB-X, since that's what a lot of people have only played. It's ironic, the opinions towards the series of the Tower of Biased are Biased (As thehelmetguy pointed out).

For those of you who haven't played any other in the series besides X, I would recommend you play all of the previous nine... but I understand that there are those who just simply don't have the time or don't want to go through the crappery that is all of the lower tiers. This is just my opinion, but if you can get the chance to play a select few, I would put my strongest recommendation on ToB 7. ToB 6 closely follows ToB 7. ToB 5 and 8 are in the spot below that, ToB 4 and 9 the spot below that, and the lowest places belong to ToB 3, ToB 2, and ToB 1.

I can make this way easier. I was am making a collection of the episodes as one episode, so the one that do not have the patience to look for them all can find them easier. I have personally played ToB5-ToBX and have all ten of them (minus a level from ToB 2 called "Skycrafter Stormy") I have actually played them, just not as much as five and up. I personally did not like the first one all to well, and the Hub for the third one was a turn off.
