SMBX can also be Sandbox. Mario games were basically my childhood, and I only recently started playing Minecraft. It just seems like a no-brainer to go with SMBX because Mario has been around longer than Minecraft.

Anyway, I get ya. I still remember my early days playing SMBX. It's a game I love a lot even though I can't play it at this time. I also got into minecraft, because of a friend so I enjoyed playing with other friends a lot over the years too.

Both games are fun and so both hold quite a lot of value to me.

the thing thats tough is that although you get to build cool stuff in both games, in smbx you dont have to worry about creepers and greifers ruining your creations (unless you put bob-omb in your level!!!!).

The probem is that you are comparing two games that aren't really the same thing, like that guy that did the same, but with smbx and terraria. I am personnally playing more smbx then minecraft, but still, I really like minecraft.

I really don't see the point of this topic, other than to stir up a stew, but I prefer both, due to how both can allow the player to build his own creations in anyway they deem possible.

SMBX, unless I'm playing Minecraft with friends.
