Well, it ultimately depends on what you want to do. If you want to make huge open worlds, choose Minecraft. If you want to make awesome 2D side-scrolling levels (up and down as well as side to side!), choose SMBX.

I prefer SMBX. Minecraft is overrated and most people claim they're gamers because they play it often, even though a lot of them only play Minecraft and nothing else. People who've played SMBX have more than likely played some other games besides Minecraft, and are most likely Nintendo fans.

I don't exactly understand why you'd compare these two things because comparing these two things is like comparing apples
to oranges.

Also, I prefer SMBX.

Talking about comparisons, SMBX is 2-Dimension while Minecraft is 3-Dimension. If only I have Minecraft and play it, because of hynoptizing myself about Pocket Edition. I thought it's a game-paid.

Personally, minecraft. I'm kinda biased since I play it more these days. :v The differences between the two also make a comparison kinda pointless.

Finally, someone makes a good topic around here! I love SMBX because it is Mario, but Minecraft is one of the biggest adventures of all. Personally I would go with SMBX.

Actually, you cannot realy compare (yes you can, but it's not the same kind of game.) these two game, cuz minecraft is a sandbox, and smbx a platformer witha level editor, even if it's easy to compara them.
