Especially SMW hacks needs a playthrough or gameplay up to 6 hours or higher. About SMW Central, mostly certain SMW hacks on emulator, need most recent version (Snes9x and ZMZ).
I recommend better Intel Celeron Quad-Core or better processor to improve performance with CPU clock up to 1.83 GHz or faster.
Alternatively, most GPUs are better that NVIDIA GeForce. I suggest NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 or better. I mean.
Some Intel GPUs are incredibly better that Intel HD Graphics 4600.
I relatively playing many SMW hacks are better and inspired!

at least get one of those gXXXX pentiums those things are fast and cheap shit man anything's better than a celeron

if you're running a laptop, I'M SO SORRY; get a better one for a clearance deal, ask for one for your birthday or something, you'll thank me later as everything will start to run a hell of a lot nicer, i think i3 ones are like $300-340 about, don't buy a $169 laptop expecting something good

trust me once you get a job and you make some kind of income better computing equipment makes life so much more radical, i used to have a fucking logitech k120 NOW I GOT THAT FRESH MECHANICAL KEYBOARD SON
