You can (in fact that was done many times), but you have to wait until the results before you can publish your level in any way, as it must stay anonymous to the judges.

I asked if, after the contest, you could put the level you submitted in an episode, and apperently, yes.

Good thing there is no rules against using 38-A, becuase i'm using Super Koopas in my level.

1.4 isn't allowed. You can only use 2.0 beta 3 or anything relating to that.
