Congratulations Ace and Koopa the Quick, and everyone else who entered the contest! I know there's been lots of drama and stuff, but I really had a blast reviewing each and every level, so I'm super thankful to Mivixion and everyone else for giving me the opportunity to judge in this contest! There are definitely some really cool and interesting levels here.

this was a nice and fun contest, the judges took their time to provide us with fair and unbiased results, not to mention that we didn't have to wait much for them. im glad i joined this contest and id like to thank the host for this unique experience.

Registered just to say this, since I'm getting tired of mistakes repeating themselves.

If you guys seriously think that the next contest should start a week from now, I suggest that you reconsider your value of the smbx contests. There is no good reason to start the next one now. Instead, I'd highly suggest taking the time to learn from your mistakes and hone your level design ability so that you can make a better effort in the future. If you're just going to submit your next level into CC13, there's a high likelihood you won't do much better than you did here.

This can apply for potential hosts as well. Take the time to look at what happened here, make a clear, set-out plan of what you're going to do and how you'll deal with potential problems, and then you can start thinking about initiating the contest (after receiving feedback from others who have good experience with hosting contests, of course). If you start too soon, you're just going to deliver a mediocre experience, much like what's persisted with the SMBX community for years at this point.

were the levels really that meh or is the standard just miles higher than it was two years ago? Well I can find out myself once the episode is out.

If people want to enter such a contest, isn't it simply just sometimes about ... purely participating? Creating a level to have fun with designing? Olympic motto?
