--AlphaFenix's Levels--

Uh hello there, in this topic, i'll post some levels that i'll be in my episode to let me know if my level design is good or not. I'll post here too some exclusive levels too. So I want you to have fun and analyze the levels to let me know if they are good, if there is some flaws...

Snow Caps
Preview: This is a Ice themed stage, that is the eighth world in my episode (Ice). This level is very sliperry, so watch out! This level was been inspired in a stage from Sonic 3, Ice Cap zone (that helped me in the level name and some layouts, and even this level have the Ice Cap music!). This level have much ice, snow and enemies, so watch out and stay warm!

Grassy Blue Hills
Preview: A Grassy themed level, and it's from the fourth world (Continent). This level have more a vanilla aspect, but it's very grassy, flowery and beatiful. A little homage to Super Mario World, a fantastic game. Be careful with the enemies and collect all Yoshi Coins! (Star Coins, what that will be in the final episode)

Hot Sands
Preview: A desert themed stage, and belongs to the second world (Desert). It's very long, there's a lot of moving sand, dangerous enemies and it's very hot! Collet all Dragon Coins (that will be Star Coins in the final episode) and stay frosty!

These levels look pretty darn' cool, although the screens kinda lack coins. Might play this some day!

Alright, so I played the levels, and while I generally found them fun, I do have some problems with them:

A great complaint I have is that most levels lack coins, so I'd recommend you added some more.

Grassy Blue Hills:

There's cutoff near the end, as seen here:

Also, for some reason, when I hit the block containing the ice flower in that same section while being small, I got a SMB3 mushroom, while the rest of the level uses SMW mushrooms.
Why didn't you use the SMW venus fire trap from Sednaiur's gfx pack? That one looks so much better than the snes test program one, and it's especially odd considering you used tilesets from that very pack.

Hot Sands:
The pipes cut off at the sand.
The part with the sand pipes is incredibly annoying and unfair with the venus fire trap at the end, and I suggest removing it entirely.

Snow Caps:
This level suffers a lot from the lack of coins, and the ones that are there are placed weirdly, like at the ground.
There's a very visible square around the sideways small ice mountains.
The leap of faith part is really unfair.

That's how redigit programmed the game. Test it out for yourself! Just put down a block containing a SMW ice flower in a level.

I was just pointing that out, and I've also seen other people mention cutoff in other levels.

The cutoff isn't too noticeable at first, he's probably gonna fix it anyways.

Not trying to be jackass, but the level is still playable. He is going to fix the cutoff though.

It's a kind of sarcasm? Because this kind of little cutoffs really barely damages the enjoyability of a level.

I'm perfectly aware that the level is playable. I'm saying it's a stupid thing to complain about.

I wasn't actually complaining about the cutoff, but simply pointing it out, although I might have sounded like I was complaining, so sorry about that.

Grassy Blue Hills: I see. I'll fix that later. Well, i forgot to put that Fire Piranha Plant from Sednaiur.
Hot Sands: You are perfectionist...but it's not a bad thing, i guess. I'll try to fix all visual errors later. I don't think that part is unfair, but i'll try to reduce the difficult.
Snow Caps: This level have 129 coins, and i agree, there's some parts that are missing some coins, but i don't like to put very much coins, because the player can gain various 1-UP, because my episode is very long.I saw it before, i'll remove and try to replace for other cool BGO. There's coins pointing where you should fall, but i can do something to improve that part a little.

Anyway, thanks to point out the mistakes, i have to be more attentive, and revise better the levels. And i took a long time to respond because i'm having a short time to do these thins.
