Igor and Grichka Bogdanoff are real persons if you haven't found out yet. Though this could be an impersonater as well.

I don't see the point of this topic other than to promote meme posting. If that image was taken from your phone and is legitimate doesn't hold any significant value that makes this thread worth talking about.
