(Sorry for shitty logo, this was my first one ever. Credits goes to: BMASTANTOS for the font.)

Information:
This is my third attempt at making an episode since I've been here (Which was in 2009) since the second one died off after I switched computers. This episode is also a collaborative effort that me and Ness-Wednesday put together early last week and i though, I might aswell post this on the forums because who knows, we might get more help.

Story:
Its just your normal Mario adventure, right?.

Worlds (Worlds do not have a proper theme, just 4 levels made with similar themes going through them)
World 1: Grass (Obviously) 100%
World 2: Haunted 40%
World 3: Some sort of canyon/mountain/sky 20%
World 4: 0%

We have only started the first two worlds so far, maybe there will be more than four worlds, but most likely with the current team, stick to four.

ScreenShots: (These are the only ones I got that doesn't have the entire level in them, so some screens could be empty, but now they are not, but the part of the levels should still be the same except a few npcs and stuff)

Not only are things looking grim for this project, but for myself being here as well, yeh, you probably guessed it, but I am leaving this place. I will not explain the main reason behind it, but other reasons are things like exams, university and life, I am coming to an end to my school life and will soon (1 1/2 years) be applying and (If I get in) going to university. I thought it would be best if this was said. BUT, I have final plans for this place, I plan on maybe finishing this project (since 2 months ago, only one level has been made for this project) but, if things carry on like they are, then it wont be finished. But one thing is for certain, I will make one final episode (no, not a fucking Boss Rush, it was a mistake starting a new one) and it WILL be done to the best of my ability and/or who ever helps me finish it. I didn't know how to give back 8ish years of a (kind of) great community that I have been apart of almost since smbx released, so I will make something that: ISNT a Boss Rush, ISNT rushed, made to the BEST of my ability, HOPEFULLY a long one and finally hopefully has great gameplay. Just so I dont have to do it in the future, goodbye. ( I will still be in discord, just not as much (that's why I have mainly been allot less active in discord))
And you never know, this project could reveal the twisted and dark plot to my next episode (And I mean dark as in messed up lol)...

I think you should change the background in the first level to something that has more clouds so the rest of the stage wont have a blue bland boring background

I went over this in the discord chat, when you play the actual level, it doesn't do that, its that the level is big vertically and the background doesn't like it on the editor, that's all.

UPDATE: I have finished the world one levels, so if you want a demo of world one, then I would suggest looking at the poll and voting (It won't be a large world since it is the starter and the levels won't be that long either, but the other worlds will have larger levels). But, I need to do either a world map or a hub so, be patient if the world one demo gets chosen.
P.S: Just so you know, there will only be one demo, so if you want a demo with two worlds, then so be it. Just be careful because if you vote only world one, that's everyone's demo that they will get untill full release unless the project gets bigger.

I suggest you keep a standard level length. Longer levels tend to end up in repetition if not carefully thought about it, which will reduce the fun factor. Only make longer levels if you know what to do throughout your level to keep the player engaged or you will scare players away.

I meant world ones levels are pretty short and the longer ones are only 2+ mins long depending on if this project expands or not.

NOTE: I just need to say, if you want to make a video or few of this episode, I would like it to be commentated or have a review in the description since it would help me out allot, thank you.
UPDATE: looks like there is going to be a world 2 demo then, wont be long and it will be out, give us about a week or two.

okay.

levels look nice, i like that gray hub level and the first one. the second screenshots need more BGOs in that staircase area. not a fan of screen 3. only coins and that's all, but many coins, why not remove some? (that coin placement bugs me too). screen 4 is great and has no errors. the last one has some weird coin placement at some areas.
so far i like your project and your unique level design idea, where the player can explore up and down, right and left and discover stuff by himself, not only going one way and avoiding obstacles.

(logo needs merio and loekhe not merio and merio)

Remember, these screens are slightly outdated, all of what you mentioned above were fixed with the finished level if you play the demo.

-Another 2 screenshots, I don't know what is going on here, the first new screenshot is one of Ness_Wednesday's and the other one (mountain one) is my new one that I am working on as I speak! Please leave feedback!

Lol, the entire story just says that it's a normal Mario adventure. That's probably what will make me play this the most.

Man, what is that beta tester doing to take so long with your levels? Anyways, I would've wanted to be a beta tester, but right now I've got my hands full with other levels from projects that need testing and judging. I might be able to if I can test just a couple of them.
