This is a restyling of the Tower of Biased or is a different story from the other? :|
It's an entirely different episode altogether. Tower of Biased was made out of the levels submitted for Community Contest 2, whereas this one was made of the Community Contest 4 levels.
i can,t find a star in very cool hills. i have all four rating stars and the one past the yellow blocks. i also can,t find a star in that one stage where you play as megaman

Open the respective levels in the editor and try to look around. This often helps.

so in very cool hills i found nothing new. are there five stars there? and in neuern order ( megaman stage) i found a room with airships but no star. i did look in the editor but i,m not that good yet in using it. i should try the editor of 2.0 beta 3 more. ( i also have 1.3 )

You should use PGE (the editor of Beta 3). It has a search tool.

okay so this is really getting annoying. i tried searching for star exits and star collectables but at very cool hills it shows the four rating challenges and two past the yellow blocks in the same area. i think it shows two of them. ( do i have to hit a specific number? ) neuern order ( megaman stage ) has a secret warp pipe in the wart boss fight but it leads to the same fight and i tried defeating all enemies in the airship section ( even though the search thing didn,t show that area ) but that doesn,t do anything. i do have the final boss star in neuern order
