Custom title map

I want to make a custom title screen level and want to have custom input, however, I don't know how to do that. I want to do it in both 1.3.0.1 and 1.4.3, if possible. Thanks for the help. (If you choose to help.)

Maybe a 1 screen big level with a pipe or something that leads you to the world map, and a custom block or bgo for your title? You can set a warp to be a level exit quite easily with both 1.3 and 38-A (1.4.3) versions. Something more like a title screen is probably possible using LunaLua, but I don't know much about that Also, I would like to make a title screen for one of my episodes, so if someone else can make something with LunaLua that would be great.
