idk if that counts but there were two times where I accidentally found a legendary pokemon(Not the main legendary of the game) and caught it before even making it to the elite 4. One time it was Moltres, I ended up wandering far from where I should be and just happened to find it. And the second time is where I was exploring a cave in Pokemon White because there was a pokemon I wanted in there and apparently it was the home of Cobalion.
That's lucky, if you found Moltres, somewhere, it must be a roaming Pokemon in the respective games (Platinum and X and Y), Roaming Pokemon are difficult to chase, but you ran into one without problem, but from what I researched, they can be found roaming after the Elite 4 is beaten in either games.
Also to stumble into the cave of Cobalion, by accident is quite lucky.
My accomplishment recently though, I have caught and reclaimed a Shiny Wimpod in 581 SRs, but when I was SR'ing for it, before, I freaked out at 749 SR Encounters, when it shined and accidently soft resetted the game, thankfully, I reclaimed it.
I have two accomplishments that come to mind, both on RPG games. The first is to beat Chipper's Revenge on FNAF World on my first turn with Unscrew, an insta-kill move with a 30% chance of success. The second is far more recent, I beat Dullahan from Golden Sun: The Lost Age on my first try by rush-summoning. I'm trying to do it one more time and can't seem to do it. Maybe I'm not using the right summons?
Anyone who completed FF3 on NES at least once remember Hein? You usually need an Scholar to expose his weak point so it can be exploited.
Guess what? I defeated him without using the Scholar job. Yeah, it was hard. Mainly because I had to guess the weakness by casting magic on him and see if it healed him or hurted him. I almost ran out of MP and almost ragequit, but I decided to push on and pray that Hein became weak to Ice.
When he finally became weak to Ice, I then finished him off with Blizzaga and I stared at the screen with surprise and joy.
Bonus points: This was unintended and I forgot to change to Scholar when I began the fight, so I've decided to just go ahead instead of resetting.
You guys wanna hear an accomplishment? Try maxing all your stats in FFX 3 DIFFERENT TIMES!!! (3 different files). Including the Luck stat! Takes about 400 battles with that damn death-punching Earth Eater just to activate those Luck nodes for everyone! All because they left out the Fortune Distillers from the original Japanese version.

I have almost pulled that off. Both in the PS2 version, PS3 version, and PS4 version. Also, does this count as an "Accomplishment"?
Just now I was able to successfully perform a world record strat in this game I played as a kid (Spongebob: Battle for Bikini Bottom). It's called Fast Nut. The intricate steps of Fast Nut are described in this video from 2:04 to 5:19.
