I recently reach round 88 in Bloons Tower Defense 5 on my phone in Apopalypse mode on my favorite map, Mount Magma with:
  • Normal mode
  • No Fast Track mode
  • Dart Monkey Specialty on
  • No buying any extra lives or money

Is Dart monkey the only specialty you have? Not mad or anything, just wondering, because I use the Engineer one

Anyways, I recently unlocked the Easy Mastery stages on BTD 5 mobile, and they are legitimately difficult, but they're fun!

already posted this on discord but why not post it here ...

I played Ocean Palace with Team Dark and my personal best so far is 114,100. And today I would have succeeded at pulverizing this if the game had not fucked me up towards the end. I had one near-perfect run with 87,680 points and a time of about 5:10, and I had filled the team blast gauge during the boulder chase and when I activated TB (to save an extra 10 seconds), I was glitched up and couldn't move anymore. This already happened to me once but I think it's still a rare thing (probably depends on where exactly you use TB on the boulder chase).

Anyway, here's my sort-of walkthrough if you're interested in a score run in this stage. Agility is everything, and there are many ways to screw you up.
Spoiler: show
  • At the first loop at the start, there are two power-ups on either side. Go the right loop and jump down immediately after getting the power-up and go the left loop for the second one. The power-up compensates for the loss of time and you'll be secure against not having enough blue and red power-ups. (yellow ones are useless until you arrive at the turtles)
  • If you screw up at the start of the stage, continue until breaking the first stone door and then suicide (not restart). The door stays open for some funny reason (mild save of time; you can consider doing this anyway).
  • Regarding the first 10 enemies before the first checkpoint: Take out the first 5 quickly with Omega, but leave the 6th alone until you get your 2,000. Break the boulder in the meantime. Then kill the 6th pawn with Shadow, hover towards the spring, switch to Omega immediately and fire dunk the 4 pawns from high in the air. Gives you another 2,000 combo!
  • After the 1st checkpoint, again, kill the 3 ground pawns with Shadow and dive up the fan as quick as you can with Omega. You can do another 2,000. At this point you should have your first TB. Use it without killing enemies.
  • There's a long sequence of pawns ahead. Again, kill them in the interval of 5 each for optimal combo. While waiting to start the next combo, take a deliberate hit and collect up the rings to fill up your TB gauge. You should be able to use TB after the 3rd combo.
  • On the top left path, once you kill the last 3 enemies there, go down immediately with Shadow, avoid the dash panels, and jump right past the spring and attack the 3 other pawns. This 2000 is not easy to perform but clearly worth a shot and you'll succeed at it with practice.
  • Next, there's the place where Triangle Jump is introduced. There's a set of trick rings. If you just triangle jump towards it, you'll get a poor 1,000 from them, or 1,800 if you're lucky. You can do better. Use Rocket Accel and switch to Rouge and fly all the way into the rings. This gives you a guaranteed 1,800 and maybe a 2,700 if you do it well.
  • At this point, you should have Omega Level 3 (use the 2nd checkpoint if necessary). Now do all that you can to get a TB and if successful, use it before you arrive at the set of 5 pawns of which 2 have a shield. With Omega Level 3, you can get another TB just from mauling the shielded pawns (this is generally a useful trick for many Team Dark stages). Also, there are 3 lines of 6 rings on the staircases. If you try to light-dash them from the bottom, it usually won't work as desired. Go up and light-dash them from the top of the staircase.
  • When arriving at the turtles, you should have about 40,000 or 41,000 points and a time of 2:10 or 2:20. Now, enter the cannon with Flight Formation. When you arrive at the second island, turn backwards to the right and head to another island (the Power Formation aim of the cannon) with two more paws. Another surprising 2,000 combo!
  • When arriving at the penultimate island (with 5 pawns and a 20 ring box), again, head backwards to the left. This route warps you to another 2 islands with 4 pawns and trick rings (that usually give you 1,800, yeah they're dumb)
  • The areas until the boulder chase are pretty self-explanatory now. Just get your combos as effective as possible, as described above. Ideally, you have a team blast already filled before entering the chase. Use it right after you land on the ground where the chase begins (this really shouldn't kill you). The boulder stops, and you have a chance at light-dashing the rings.

When did you start getting every star coin? This is hard to believe, but I started a few years ago and only finished recently.

I started years ago, I guess. The only worlds I 100%ed were Worlds 1 and 2. World 3-3 (The cavern barrel star coin thing) haunts me to this day.
And I have no star coins on World 6. 6-1's third one (if I remember) is really hardcore.

Jesus Christ, you're a legend. I can't even get to Satan with The Lost, so kudos to you!

BAD PUN TIME: I guess you could say I got, LOST on my way to the Satan fight!

What has become of humanity.

EDIT: Proud of myself, just circled around Kerbin once in Kerbal Space Program and landed safely! Go team!

EDIT 2: I'm actually thinking of making a personal thread here called "My Kerbal Space Program Diary" where I just talk to you guys about my adventures in KSP. I'm fairly new to it (Although I've loved it for years and kept an eye on it.) so it would be a learning experience for all. Just an idea, I'm not sure if it's even allowed anyways.

I'm pretty sure in the videogames section, you'd totally be allowed to do that!
