I feel like this thread has been made before, so in case it was actually made please go ahead and lock this thread, and by the way lead me to that thread.

I'm making my level for the community contest, and I want to know how to prevent a mushroom that comes out from a block from moving.

Make an NPC file for the mushroom and put speed=0
