I'm unsure how to a add picture from my files to my signature. Is there some sort of way to make a 'img URL?' of it? I've never done something like this before to be completely honest.

I mean directly from the file explorer, I tried dragging it onto my browser which then opens a new tab with it and gives me some sort of link/url, but that doesn't work as the picture doesn't show. Is there some way to work around this, or is there something I'm completely blind of.

I'm afraid that's not how it works. Unlike your avatar, you will have to find an image hosting site (e.g: Imgur, Photobucket, etc) and upload your images there. Afterward, you can copy the URL of the image and put it un brackets like Zeldamaster12 showed you. Keep in mind, image URLs and image post URLs are not the same, unless the URL ends on ".gif" or any other image format, what you're copy-pasting is not an image URL.
