also i think Luigi is pretty much Mario with higher jumps, i don't think that's a problem

I've Entered and Submitted my entry.I still don't like judges being able to review AND Submit their level.

Have a backup judge who reviews levels if a judge can't review there own level!

Kep is NOT going to judge, stop trying to be subtle with your ideas, plus the score can just be averaged with the remaining other judges, it's been done multiple times.

True but there isn't the same number of people judging the judges levels, in which nerfs their score(in both good and bad). That is Unfair in my opinion.

I never implied that. I was referring to his comment about how judges can review levels as well as submitting one of their own.

Like stated before, the other judges WON'T know that it's a certain judge's level, the judge who submitted the level will just not be able to review his level, it's not rocket science guys.

Even if kep isn't a judge I still think it's a good idea. Averaging is a bad idea because it makes the other judges reviews hold more weight which would be unfair to a judge if they get a bad review from one person (3 good + one bad = 75 percent, 4 good 1 bad = 80 percent, if you had five judges)
Also what's wrong with sticking up for Kep? Maybe if everyone got a special medal "DOTA 2 Experts" except for you you'd understand how Kep felt!
