Hello guys! What is your favorite powerup! Mine are the Tanooki Suit and the Hammer Suit! I think the powerups and the outfits look cool: Who doesn't like fluffy animals and helmets! Theyre also very handy: Throw hammers at annoying guys and fly away from all your problems!
My top 10:
1. Tanooki & Hammer Suit SMB3
2. P-Acorn NSMBU
3. Propeller Mushroom NSMBU
4. Penguin Suit NSMBU
5. Frog Suit SMB3
6. P-Leaf SMB3
7. Bee Mushroom SMG
8. Blue Shell NSMB
9. Spring Mushroom SMG
10. Mega Mushroom NSMB

My favorite Mario powerup(s) are:

1. P-Acorn from NSMBU. You can glide infinitely instead of sticking to the wall.
2. Superstar from many game that uses this. But it's kinda sucks that lava and poison swamp can kill you. And also,bottomless pit.
3. Tanooki Suit from SMB3.
4. Hammer Suit from SMB3. You can damage them like taking 2x damage.
5. P-Wing from SMB3. Much less like P-Acorn's ability.
6. Propeller Mushroom from NSMBWii. I love flying with that powerup!
7. Penguin Suit from NSMBWii. It has 3 powerup combination.
8. Fire Flower from many games that uses this. It is kinda sucks that the first game shoots 2 fireballs only. In later game, you can shoot many fireballs!
9. Cloud Flower from SMG. I can make my own clouds?(Not a question)Whoo hoo!(Yeah,I know there's a limited clouds. But you can take another cloud flower btw.)
10. Spring Mushroom from SMG. You can bounce high than normal jump.
11. Bee Mushroom from SMG. Not much to say about this.

If I had a favourite Mario Power-up, it would be the Ice Flower, Tanooki Leaf, the Hammer Suit and also, the Mega Mushroom. It can destroy nearly anything in the game. ( or level )

But Mega Mushroom is not permanent and it replaces your current powerup in NSMB but it is really powerful though!

Exactly. That's why I like it. By the end of the power-up, I can get 1-ups based on how much destruction I caused in a level.

Exactly. That's why I like it. By the end of the power-up, I can get 1-ups based on how much destruction I caused in a level.

Yeah, it's like a reward for demolishing stuff

tanooki suit, hammer suit from SMB3 (and SMBX), blue shell from NSMB, idk why but i like the propeller suit and penguin suit even tho i never tried it, oh, and P-wing of course! (SMB3)

In order of best of worst items in SMBX to me are
Tanooki, Leaf, Ice Flower, Hammer Suit, Fire Flower, Mushroom.

I also like the Frog Suit, but that is not in SMBX... (yet)

I'm a bit old school, so I'll say the fire flower & Raccoon leaf! ^.^')

My favourites would be Tanooki Suits for flight and stone ability from SMB3 and SMBX. Same counts for that cat suit with golden statue ability where you get a lot of coins this way from higher places.

Starman and Hammer Suit

I also like the Hammer Suit in SMB3 & SMBX since you not only have hammer ability to throw against enemies and take out bosses easier, you even have a shield against fire based projectiles.

I <3 all leafs and tanooki suits because agility; and while the ice flower in NSMBWii/U is pretty boring, it's really cool in SMBX (bigger scores and you can grab every enemy you can freeze)

Cape Feather. It's just way too much fun.

^ Pretty much this yeah. You can infinitely fly if controlled correctly and you can swing it like what you can do it with your tail in SMB3.

I did like the mega mushroom in NSMB and NSMB2. It is pretty cool how you can destroy everything with it. I also liked the invincible tanooki Mario in SM3DL because it is so OP, though it also takes away from the game, ad also if you die the number of times required and receive it, then you would have to restart the game otherwise you technically can't 100% the game.

The cape from Super Mario World is outrageously overpowered even compared to the rare powerups from SMB3. I love it.

My two Favorite would have to be the Fire Flower and the Feather from Super Mario World. I mean, if powerups were real, These would be the first ones I'd go for!

-Fire Flower is no surprise to anyone who actually knows me, I've always had a liking to fire and burning things... If i could make fire with my hands, I swear I'd never be bored again.

-SMW Feather- A cape that allows me to fly, knock out enemies, and according to Super Smash Bros, deflect projectiles? Dodgeball would be especially entertaining.

The cape can deflect enemy projectiles such as Chuck baseballs and Volcano Lotus fireballs in SMW as well, which is one of the reasons why I consider it to be potentially the most broken power-up in the series.

Oh really? I never actually tried that, considering that the Raccoon tail is ineffective against projectiles. I just assumed they put that in SSB to give Mario a counter attack of sorts.
