It doesn't actually reflect them at enemies, just make them disappear. It still makes baseball chucks a non-threat however.

I think the most OP power-up however is the invincible raccoon leaf (not my favourite tho) from NSMB2. You know the one that you get after dying like 8 times. I guess that does take away from the OPness of it but it is still OP, because you can fly almost indefinitely and you are INVINCIBLE. A power-up that can be used to destroy projectiles is still very OP though.

The golden fire flower from NSMB2 is apparently the power-up that has left the biggest dent on me. It's just super cool to turn everything into coins and becoming this rich, isn't it :p

It does allow for loads of 1-ups as well.

Well if they plan to support 1.4 stuff in 2.0, then yes.

Man, the Cape Feather from Super Mario World. When you get the hang of the mechanics, it becomes absolutely broken, because you can fly over various stages and effectively bypass them. However, it can be quite difficult to get used to, so it makes it all the more rewarding.

Yeah the cape feather is pretty hard to control.

The double cherry from 3D World, it's so much fun creating an army of toads with fire abilities, Its more OP then the feather Imo.

Clerly, my fave Powerup is the Ice Flower, and my 2nd Fave Powerup is the Red Bell from SM3DW where you can get tonz of coinz

Actually yeah, I forgot about that - the cherries are really cool. They were one of the most innovating power-ups in a while, and just a whole lot of fun.

8- F.L.O.O.D from Mario Sunshine (well it's not powerup, but i like and it's a interesting mechanic)
9- Hammer Suit (because is rarity in SMB3, but you can easily encounter in SMBX episodes)

It's called FLUDD officially (albeit being pronounced "Flood"), as it stands for "Flash Liquidizer Ultra Dousing Device"
