KTB REISSUES - STRAIGHT OUTTA KNUXFORUM DELUXE EDITION

Two years ago, SMBX music project KTB released their debut album STRAIGHT OUTTA KNUXFORUM, which included contributions from GLuigiX and myself (BTB was a member at the time but did nothing). This is SMBX’s answer to American Idiot.

In addition to the original album itself, I have taken a bunch of songs from the KTB vault including unreleased instrumentals and previously unheard songs from the July 2014 recording sessions, and brand new remixes of Lock The Thread Tonight. This download also features a PDF containing info about the making of the album and lyrics.

For those who don’t know, KTB released 11 albums and featured different members (some from SMBX). This album was the only really successful album. On bandcamp, you can listen to a Greatest Hits trilogy compilation, which features our best tracks.

For most of you I am sure you would agree that this is perhaps KTB's most crowning achievement. "Straight Outta Knuxforum" is a masterpiece and brings out the best musicianship of the members of KTB. Each song is well written and delivered with pure beauty and energy. From a song writing stand point this is KTB's greatest work. This is pure magic and is absolutely essential is your collection. "Lock the Thread Tonight" still remains of the the all time greatest prog tracks ever in my mind. 5 stars out of 5.

Lock the thread tonight is such a sexy song. I will never stop loving it.
