How do i get to the old demo in SMBX 2.0 demo 3?

I really wanted to use the old editor. It had a simple menu and an easy way to build things. But the new version doesn't have an option for that, and i'm sad by that. Is there a way to get to the old editor in PGE?

In PGE I think you can go to view -> SMBX like GUI for a mode very similar to the original editor, but with the newer features as well (copy/paste, undo, new blocks and NPCs). If you could still use the old editor (which would require modding the game's files) you would be stuck with the pre-2.0 features and might as well be using 1.3. So if you really like the old editor that much, you're probably best off with keeping 1.3 installed.

Also, WHERE ARE THE CHEAT CODES? I've tried in the character demo but they wont work! They were some of the funnest mechanics, and could really help me out in situations. EDIT: Also, the SMBX Gui only seems to be in the box, but I haven't opened a level yet.

PGE doesn't support testing in the SMBX engine, so to use cheat codes (and most of SMBX's mechanics for that matter), you'll need to open the legacy editor and test your level in there.

I saw that cheat codes worked in the Mario Challenge, and not in the character demo, so thank you! Also, how do I add Mario challenge costumes?

what no that's not true

PGE in SMBX 2.0 Beta 3 LITERALLY hooks into SMBX and runs it. The gameplay is identical to that of 1.3.

PGE does support testing in the SMBX engine tho. Just press F5.

Has anyone gotten to my question and not an off topic one about testing? I played the CHARACTER DEMO, I DIDNT MAKE A LEVEL! The Mario challenge worked, and I wanna know if costumes can be added.

If {Example: Dreamtraveler} works in Mario Challenge, but not Demo Stages, then I really do not know. Did you have SMBX as the active window (Clicked on it) since as303298/Wraith Adamnknight meantioned that in one of his videos a long time ago.
