I know I've asked this before, but is beta 4 like, almost done?

The entire blog post is literally discussing the current state of things and what stuff still needs doing. Please read it to get up to date.

Exactly, they should because the development can run slow, people can't rush them or force them to finish it fast.

Any word on fixing the issue with Layer:stop or setting the layer's speed to 0 in lua causing it to keep moving at 0.0001 speed?

Edit: so this is still an issue?
Currently, all held-NPC weapons (Snifit, Waddle Doo, Panser, Rinka dude) start a combo when they kill enemies and this combo does not end, not even when dropping one and picking up another NPC (https://imgur.com/CIL3mK9).
I don't know much about the development, does it use NPC:harm(HARM_TYPE_NPC)?

where are the settings for the npc for example yoshi wings, flying, or lakitu AI and :? etc
I think stuff like that is limited to .lvlx files. Support for those will be added in beta 4.
No. This is not coming in beta 4. I don't know where they got the idea that these things were part of the engine.
Whoops, look at me being a noob again-

Depends on what kind of drivers and for what purpose who suggested that.
Drivers are pieces of software that make your hardware work better. Without knowing what problems you have and what drivers need updating I can't go into further specifics.

Yes, and it's being developped further, while already being a stable engine at the same time!

The 2 should best be read like how one would read the 4 in Unreal Engine 4 or the 5 in Unity 5. It's not a sequel, but rather an enhancement to what came before.

Afterm beta comes out you guys should take a break. You deserve it. There is no need to rushow beta5 and prole will always want more things such more enemies and powerups no matter how many is added. You guys deserve to enjoy your hard work and get full credit for it. Anyways good job and if it's not out any time soon that just means more time to make it grand.

You can still edit the post. Using your phone is not a valid excuse for leaving your post difficult to understand.

You can switch the "Prosilver" theme in your account settings, and mobile theme will work correctly. (Here Joey was too lazy to correctly adapt his theme for mobiles like I done at my forums here)

The post isn't really that difficult to understand. Editing is a good idea, however, in case there are people here who have trouble with English.
