SMBX 1.4.3 error - Run-Time error '87

Hello guys

Im posting this here because i can't register in the smbx 1.4 forums for some reason. Im really bad in english, sorry.

I downloaded SMBX 1.4.3, but when i tried to open SMBX, an error window appears.

"Run-Time error '87
Application-defined or object-defined error"

I copy the smbx files to a pen-drive and tried to open it in other computer, and runs perfectly, but in my computer, this error appears.

Anny suggestions?

Yes, im using that.

I thought every 1.4.3/1.4.2 related topic would be locked almost immediately. This entire forum despises 1.4.x as well as graphic requests. They don't "support" SMBX 1.4 and they think it's "unofficial" despite 1.4 having more features. Also, runtime error '87 only happens when you close the laptop and the window is not minimized.

I'm pretty sure Pixelpest, Enjl, or other admins would lock this as soon as they see it. (just a little warning)

I think that bug was fixed recently BTW.

I tried that, but the same error appears.

Try with other compatibility methods then. I saw that someone got this problem and could get it work by executing the program under a specific compatibility.
Also, if you click in "self-checking" (in "settings", when you open the game) does all the files run properly? you should see a message like this:

As multiple others have said, the 1.4 forums are best for such a question at the moment.
