Since you haven't provided us with screenshots or anything, I'm guessing that's because you have the paths directly beside each other (they don't have to be "connected" to be activated). Make sure each path has one unit of space between other paths if you don't want the player walking between them.
Also, any path connected to the "Game Start" level will be visible from the start of the game no matter what, so if you want the Auto Start Level to be an actual level, you'll want to have the "Game Start" icon isolated from paths, then have the end of the level be a warp to another location on the map. If you just want the Auto Start Level to be a hub or cut-scene of sorts, you won't have to worry about all that.
