I actually enjoyed this level, even though it had no custom graphics whatsoever (made the load time and the download time incredibly short, love it!). The level has a nostalgic SMB3 vibe. It fell a little under the short-side when it came to level length, but it was pretty good nonetheless.
There was a part I saw that you used a Jumping Cheep-Cheep generator, and it annoyed me a little bit when trying to figure out what was in the brick box underneath the bridge. I managed to get the P-Switch there anyway, and it proved useful when trying to maneuver past the Jumping Cheep-Cheeps, the Spinies from the Lakitu, and the Nippers.
I felt like there was a lack of power-ups and item blocks in this level. I only managed to get the Fire Flower at the beginning and the one in the Note Block, but other than that, it became a real pain to get past all of the Nippers AND Jumping Cheep-Cheeps. I actually managed to kill the Lakitu whilst sacrificing my last Fire Flower. I stomped on a Jumping Cheep-Cheep, which in turn launched me high enough to kill the Lakitu just as he collided with me.
The level seems like a generic SMB3 level to me, which I enjoyed a fair bit. Not too bad, but not the best.
