I have some news about this episode, and that is it's release date and around when i think it'll be finished

I plan on having this project finished around:

November - December 2017 Or January - March 2018

Just want to let you know when to expect this to be out if things go according to plan.

Can I be a Beta Tester? and I see there only all power ups but Tanooki Suits and Hammer Suit are removed?

I don't understand what your saying, but either way, all power-ups are included.

Well yeah, their replaced with the Golden potion and Purple Flower Respectively

Yeah, pretty much, i've finished 3-3 and 3-S1 and am working on 3-F
