does anybody know why the npc-79 doesn't recognize framestyle=1?
it just acts like its framestyle=0

I don't think the airship piece uses the framestyle tag.
Edit: I might be wrong about this. I suggest trying what FanofSMBX said below.

I think that for things that originally use framestyle=0, you have to put framestyle=1 and then the amount of frames for each direction like frames=1. Even if you have the same amount of frames as the original but with an added direction.
