What tool do you use? If it's a mouse, I suggest using a tablet instead, because it looks a little wobbly if not sloppy.

Also, try using the line tool for straight lines and the curve took for curved lines if you are using MS Paint with a mouse. Remember also to erase anything making it hard to see where the item is as well. I can't tell if Papyrus's hand is supposed to be on the front or behind him. Same with his scarf.

well they're just sketches so the lines were a little bad (im better on paper)
also i am using a tablet :P

This looks much better. Then again it is Napstablook but at the same time, let's look at the critiques here.

1) Try drawing with different line weights. It might make the leaves look more like leaves.

2) Explore color more since it might help you guys out! Do not be afraid to post an image or two in color.

3) Explore more of that favorite artist.

I'm not sure what program you're using but I'm certain it has an Ellipse Tool
