Okay, so this looks, mmm, bad... No no... don't get me wrong here. The fact that there's a bunch cut-off makes me gag.
Screen 5 has a weird glitched background,
Screen 10 has MAJOR CUT-OFF! You could have used some custom GFX, like "The Random Tilesets Pack" which has blocks of the SMB3 grass sizeable,
Screen 15 has cut-off with the tiles and lava, and finally...
Screen 22 has an enlarged Bowser that is, like, almost 6x6 pixels and has some 1x1 pixels in it.
Also, what's up with the door being next to each other?

Okay, here's a review based on what I have played as of this post.
When you begin the episode, you can't fight any of the bosses. That's because you have to get a star from a certain room before you can fight the first boss.
The door to that room is guarded by yellow blocks. There is no yellow switch near it. You have to go past a lot of boss doors and etc to reach the yellow switch and after you have hit it you have to go back past
those boss doors AGAIN!
Finally after you have gotten your first star, your first boss is a normal Boom Boom, but you must fight it while there are Bill Blasters on the walls firing above you and the Boom Boom, which is adds to the difficulty.
Second boss is a normal Birdo fought in a SMB2 overworld room. But the Third boss is the Koopa Bros, acting like a Ludwig. You have to jump and land at the perfect moment because of the boss's height and it's fireballs.
Your fourth boss is a Phan Phan from Kirby (I think) which acts like a Larry firing apples. The level design here sucks. There are wooden platforms which you can't jump on from under making avoiding the boss and it's apples quite tough.
The next boss is an Army Hammer Bro from Super Princess Peach which acts like a SMB1 Bowser, and you must hit him with SMB2 NES Bombs. Clash! You also have to time the throw of the bomb at the boss right because of the boss's fireballs and hammers (small fireballs). It took me about over 6 lives to kill it. After that the difficulty goes down a bit. The next boss is a King Bob-Omb acting like a Mouser, which I found to be pretty easy. The Next boss is Mama Piranha from M&L Super Star Saga which acts like a Wart. But it has has an ultra-fast framespeed (Did he really think that was okay?) and the veggies which you use to hit it come out of trees which makes no sense.
The next boss is a Sumo Bro which acts like an SMB3 Bowser (Already?). Which means the boss takes 20 hits to kill and you must hit the boss with Blue Koopa Shells. What makes things worse is the fact that the room is too small. I kept dying at this guy which mean't I had to put on the donthurtme cheat. Then I could find a boss which required 9 stars (Which I had) to face. You have to go to another room with a star which is also far away. Why?
There is alot of clashing and cutoffs. After looking at the files in the folders I could see that some bosses were stolen from other episodes, that was also done in BOSS RUSH ARGENTINA 1. Did the creator learn nothing from
what people have said about the first one. The boss rush is too long and confusing.
I will give this episode a 2/10. I know I'm not a level judge but I just wanted to do this review.
UPDATE: There is a bit of LunaDLL later on in the episode, though it is used only 2 times, I like it. I'll move the rating up to 3/10.

Yeah, maybe I just forgot that is a 93-star lock instead of a 97-star lock.
