The red and pink berries work exactly like in the original SMW, aswell as the bonus area, which only misses the "negative"-sound when hitting a wrong block.
In both, the first light and the dark section of the level, you may eat up all 6 pink berries with a given yoshi, to open a warp to the green/red switches, which make the level a bit easier upon activation or make some power-ups (a red Yoshi in the light world, and a Tanuki suit in the dark world) possible to reach.
The theme of the dark world is fire and ghostly (but the shell-theme is still present too).
I first liked to use moving foreground-mist for the dark world, but since this would have busted the BGO-limit, I needed to scrap this unfortunately.
To prevent clash, I restyled every used non SMW-item to SMW-style (but I forgot to do that with the super leaf :-P).
