The concept: A level with no blocks, and only NPCs. The start is a bit tricky, and it's tough to navigate (and please excuse the cutoff) but it's a tough challenge to try out.

Review of Basic Vine Level

This is a bullet hell-type level, where you have to climb up to dodge bullets, which go horizontal in order to get the star in the very top. I'm not a fan of these types, so this level was a pain of the ass to beat. The cutoffs aren't that nice here, since nintendo never did cutoffs in any of mario games. Since that's kind of level, I'll call this an averaged one, since it has only one section that you're supposed to beat it. Only recommend for bullet-hell fan players. 5/10
