Synaptics keyboard issue

I'm having an issue with my keyboard, I cant move the mouse while typing. This is an issue for games that use the mouse as a way to look around while keys are used to move your character. I tried setting palm check enhanced to the lowest setting, but it does nothing. I uninstalled synaptics which fixed the issue, but it reinstalls when I reboot the computer. Does anyone have a fix for this?
