How do you get a custom icon?

I have seen people with icons. No I do not mean the ranking system (ex. goomba,shyguy) I mean icons like this.



So I want a custom icon. Can you guys help me get one?

You mean an avatar? You can change it via the User Control Panel

If it's for avatars aka profile picture then PixelPest already answered to you. If you're saying anything else with the custom icons then not really. I mean you can put images into your signatures if you want but yeah.
