Ehm, are you sure to have done all well ?
The link sends me to a page that says the image has been deleted, so I can't see the gfx.

Those are a lot of 1x1 pixels, which are really discouraged from SMBX and are probably the result of saving in MS Paint. You should really be using Paint.NET for this kind of stuff

A lot of the lineart is janky. I suggest looking at references to get the shapes right (for example for your 7 and what I assume are two 1s below it).

people here are so picky! I tryed to get it done before the end of the day man I rushed myself and hope It doesint happen In the future

rushing isn't a good, take your time with stuff

Don't rush yourself, it'll make the case worse. And you don't have a deadline for that. Just take your time for doing that.
