There are two topics for how to use the editor, that can just be merged into one. There are three different topics for editor features that can be merged into one. Also this thread remains stickied even though it isn't attended to (or viewed) while my QTDDTOT topic is buried. This clutter makes it so that there is 13 stickies and only 12 normal topics on the first page, and it creates this mess where people with legitimate need for help are pretty much engulfed in topics that only need one or two replies to fix the issue (hence my QTDDTOT topic) and shoved back a few pages way quicker than they ought to be. It makes it much harder for issues people are having to be fully resolved due to the lack of follow up after threads are drowned.

Joey discussed at one point that this mess would be dealt with when the Wiki was updated, although it still hasn't been so...ya. I also have a full version of all of the stickied threads typed up as PDFs with the similar ones combined so that there are only three. I sent them to Joey at one point but don't think I got a response. As for my FAQ topic, I plan to update it after the next release of 2.0

Linik made a thread on this before, however none of it got done and the thread went nowhere and as you said, it still hasn't been updated. There's more that needs to be cleaned up, and I referenced my QTDDTOT topic twice to stress that there needs to be a bit more than compacting information into fewer threads. The admins/mods didn't take it seriously so I'm thinking this proactive approach will help instead of waiting around for 2.0 while the H&S/General forum chug along.

We could have a single topic linking to these other topics and make it the only stickied thread.

That could work too actually. Just have one sticky with links to the topics and perhaps more as people make tutorials and guides.

If you're interested, I could upload the documents containing all of the Help and Support stickied threads that I've merged into three topics

I was told my thread (http://www.smbxgame.com/forums/v ... 35&t=12434) would not be stickied becuase of their already being so many already stickied, even though the list has been refernced and used a lot of times since SMBX Kaizo Contest II on the Talkhaus. (Emral told me that it is keep being linked and I was even asked for it.) It is currently sitting at the top of page 8. A lot of people wanted it stickied. (Mainly PixelPest, and I think someone else.) Either way, I see the issue with the H&S forum.

Frankly, you don't need to be policing this sort of stuff, AeroMatter. It's been discussed, we'll take care of it soon enough.

I'm not policing, I'm just asking. You do understand that this has been an issue for months, and this topic has been ignored for more than a week right? Nobody even bothers to reply or PM an answer so I'm left to ask.

Yeah we have specific plans to merge threads and stuff, we just need to clarify the details. Sorry for the lack of transparency.

It's cool. You yourself have been the most transparent next to ZM, and I'm not mad or anything either.

So I destickied Marina's and Linik's threads, added the instructions on downloading a level from Marina's thread to XerX's, and merged the three of my SMBX threads into one.
