So is this just a simple Nintendo like smb? Are there any differences to this which the original doesn't have?

The title screen before you enter the levels is really terrible. At least try to find the appropriate Mario font, the way it is now looks amateurish

Also, the message boxes are in Spanish. You should have specified that this was a Spanish episode.

I found this a bit easy, but as KorayD said, It was a terrible title screen. so. And I think it could be a bit better in terms of originality.

About the title screen, why do you have player blocks and doors covered. You can just block characters in the world map settings.

Playthrough made... and yes I changed the title level so it looks way better and also from the original game rather than handmade and low graphical enviorements:
