Which style should i use for my level

I think the reason he spelled "too" wrong is because of his original language, not age. I could guess English is not his first language.

Or he's really, really bad with a keyboard and/or spelling. Either this or the language barrier.

the most of this people say "you decide BlahBlah" the 1ST level is done the 2ST is out in the night (i will work on them and probally will out in this morning)
