Here's a thread where you can post your favourite codes, riddles, and cyphers, although preferably ones that you've made up too. Please put your answers to any of the codes, riddles, and cyphers that other people post in spoilers, as well as anything that is a hint. If you have a good one I'll add it to this main post.
The List
What has rivers with no water, forests with no trees, cities with no buildings, and fields with no flowers?

These are definitively molecules and elements
1 Ruthenium (Ru)
6 Fluorine (F6)
1 methyl (CH3)
1 methylene (CH2)
2 Potassium (K2)
1 Hydroxide (OH)
I just want to know if this is around the right path before I try to do the whole list.

What do you mean by this?
The cypher contains no single R's. Keep working at it. You're on the right track at least

None of the answers so far are Rinkas.
Also to everyone else too, please make sure you specify which code, riddle, or cypher you're trying to answer

PuzzleTest is still my favourite riddle. I never got past "Syntax and Zero", but a friend of mine and I are 6th place in the page 10 hall of fame. Getting there is a cakewalk though :P

It is a string of random numbers and letters. It repeats infinitely.

Find the pattern within these ten digits.
That's simple, it's an alien language with each number corresponding to its place in the alphabet.

Too easy.

Each only appears once.

Here's two number sequences I made up. Can you figure out what's special about them?
4-2-9-6-3-5-10-2-4-1
7-5-2-3-4-0-7-11-12-10-9
Also reposting the second one from the first post since no one has solved it yet:
