Review of The Flight Against Goomba Fighters
This level was just filled to the brim with poor design all around the board. Although it had an interesting concept, the brutal use of projectile NPCs and the spam of NPCs in general was just over the top. There were also very few coins, not enough power-ups for the difficulty, and frequent mixing of styles that didn't always go well together. I also found the idea of force-removing the player's shoe by use of a poison mushroom a bad one. It would have been better for you to just design the section after it such that the shoe is no longer very useful. The airship piece also keeps on moving past the star at the end when it should really just stop to tell the player, "Yes, this is the end of the level." There's not really much more to say then this since "brutal enemy spam" pretty much sums up the level.
