NOTICE: Forum Theme

Over the past few weeks, I've been working to recreate the original SMBX forums theme. It's pretty solid right now, but obviously some of the graphics, while nostalgic, are a bit unfavorable. Here are a few things that will, at some point, be changed:
1. Pipe links will be more standardized and less pixelated
2. Board Index/UCP/Chat/etc. images will likely be made 16x16 as opposed to 14x14, just to eliminate the blur
3. New topic/post reply/topic locked/edit/delete/report images will be more standardized and less pixelated
4. I couldn't actually find all of the icons for unread topics/announcements/stickies and other threads like that, so I'll end up creating some new images (especially so they'll show which threads you've posted in)
These changes, however, aren't my top priority at the moment. No reason to expect them soon.
