Do you have The New SMBX CGFX Pack? It should have a variety of shy-guys which might work for you - I can't really tell as you haven't given any information about what kind of shy guys do you want. Anyway, if you don't it's stickied in the Graphics forum. And if you do but you still couldn't get what you were looking for, then may I ask you what sort of Shy Guys do you need? Do you just want recolors? Do you want any special feature? If you give us this information I'd gladly try to fulfill your request.

Do they have to be SMB2 styled? Or you want them to be SMB3 styled? Depending on your choice I might be able to help you, I think.

I've just used Legend-tony980's SMB3 styled shy guy and the Para-Troopa's Wings as reference, copy-pasted them on Paint.NET and made this miraculous graphic. Sorry, can't teach you because I'm also a noob when it comes to spriting.
