I don't mean to sound like a broken record, but that's really good it's just the hand extended outward that needs work on. I like that you've been putting the stuff you work on out there, because I'm noticing small improvements each time.

Will you look at that? As AeroMatter said, you're improving with each drawing.

The line work looks better and more consistent. The shading is also more consistent and looks smoother. The expression also looks less stiff and not as forced as before. Your perspective is improving too.

Though I'd like to point out a few things that bug me. Make the girl's eyes squint a bit more on the lower part, as well as making the middle finger thinner on the right hand. Try adding a few lines on the same hand also, to make it look less flat.
